11. EU right of withdrawal, cancellations, and refunds
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.
This right is waived if you request immediate activation and acknowledge that once the service begins, the right of withdrawal is lost.
Consent will be requested at checkout with wording equivalent to:
“I request immediate activation of my membership and acknowledge that once the service begins I may lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.”
