Terms of Service

• Owner: Carlos Núñez Zorrilla, DNI 43420208A
• Purpose: governs access/use of Prometeo.blog and its services (memberships, content, AI tools, downloads).
• Account & Registration:
  • Minimum age 18; email verification; you are responsible for credentials.
  • We may suspend/terminate for violations or abuse.
• Memberships & Pricing:
  • Tiers: “Registered” (free) and “Premium” (paid). Prices include/add applicable taxes.
  • Auto‑renewal (monthly/annual). Cancel anytime to stop future charges; no proration unless stated below.
  • Price changes: prior notice; effective next term.
• Payments & Billing:
  • Processors: Stripe/PayPal. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
  • Failed payments: retries; access may be paused upon persistent failure.
• EU right of withdrawal:
  • 14 days from purchase. Exception: if you consent to immediate start of a digital service, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has started.
  • Consent text at checkout (EN): “I request immediate activation of my membership and acknowledge that once the service begins I may lose my 14‑day right of withdrawal.”
• Refunds & Cancellation:
  • Unless required by law or stated in specific promotions, no prorated refunds for the current term.
  • Cancel before renewal date to avoid future charges.
• Acceptable Use (incl. AI):
  • No unlawful activity, spam, mass scraping, intrusion attempts, impersonation, or service abuse.
  • Usage limits may apply per tier.
  • AI output may contain errors; it is informational only and not professional advice; you remain responsible for your use.
• Intellectual Property & Licenses:
  • Site content: owned by the Owner/licensors; personal, non‑commercial use; no redistribution/sublicensing without permission.
  • AI outputs: non‑exclusive license for personal use; no systematic resale/redistribution; do not remove branding/attribution where present.
• Downloads & Materials:
  • Accessible only to authorized members; do not share links/credentials; we may enforce technical protections.
• Third‑party Services:
  • We use providers such as WordPress/hosting, Stripe/PayPal, AI platforms (OpenAI/LM Studio/self‑hosted), analytics/security. Their terms also apply; availability is not guaranteed.
• Availability & Liability:
  • Service is provided “as is”; temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
• Privacy & Cookies:

• Changes & Notices:
  • We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified; continued use implies acceptance.
